Our Group Research and Development facility can be found in Belgium and has a state-of-the-art laboratories and test equipment, as well as CAD/CAM design technology of the highest standard. We aim to continually improve product performance in order to maximise energy efficiency. We also aim to make our radiators work as efficiently with renewable energy sources as with conventional heat sources.
Quality
All Stelrad products conform to EN442, the European Standard for radiators, and are manufactured in ISO 9000 certified facilities.
With highly automated, high speed manufacturing lines which feature pressure testing to 10.5 bar, our radiators are assured weld integrity and undergo a thorough leak testing regime, followed by a 4-stage inspection process.
Every radiator then undergoes a 2-stage painting process to give a hard-wearing finish which is of the highest standard.

With a £4.2M National Distribution Centre, this state of the art facility ensures we run a top notch radiator logistics operation. We hold over 200,000 products in stock in the 150,000 sq. ft. facility, working 24 hours a day with RF barcode scanners and specialised reach trucks to ensure we achieve the highest levels of delivery performance. Our customers can expect to get their hands on our products from our merchants branches within Ireland quickly and easily.
