In relation to Bregal’s ESG policy, Stelrad recognises its responsibility to continuously improve and manage our relations with the people and environments affected by our business operation. We have set out a Corporate Social Responsibility policy, as summarised below, which defines our commitments to all our investors and the communities in which we operate.

Specific priorities and focus going forward include:

  • Developing and implementing an energy reduction plan.
  • Establish the environmental impact of operational waste, including scrap.
  • Completion of 2015 Vocam H&S Training plan and critical compliance training requirements.
  • Address minor non – conformities and observations raised in external 18001 & 14001 audits.
  • Implement and maintain ISO 50001.
  • Form a community support forum and develop a plan to improve Stelrad’s integration into the local community and support local initiatives.
  • Fully communicate and embed the anti–corruption and ethnical trading policy across all departments of the business.
